- Can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas: - Apply one pump of TOUCHE ÉCLAT BLUR PRIMER on the back of the hand. - With the YSL foundation brush or fingers, apply with gentle sweeping motions from the center of the face outward. - Leave to melt into skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.
