S. trade deficits, which, along with budget deficits, have cast America into a debtor nation status, and presents to China an overwhelming leverage in controlling American actions. Chinese student spies, sent to our universities, to when worm their way into our secret institutions, sending back military technical data, also aided the rise of the communists.
