Semi-permanent hair color cream
- Semi-permanent hair color, Crueltyfree and Vegan - Up to 6-8 weeks.
- For best result , pre-lighten hair to a light blonde using Manic Panic Flashlightning Bleach Kit. we recommend lightening hair to the lightest level 10 blonde before use.Ready to use. Do not mix with peroxide. Wear protective gloves to avoid staning. Apply to clean, dry hair. Saturate hair thoroughly, avoiding scalp. Cover hair in plastic cap and leave on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse hair in cool water until it runs almost clear. Fades gradually with each shampoo.
