1. Slip on like a backpack (left arm, then the right).
2. Secure velcro on the end of the strap, pull to tighten, and attach velcro in the proper position. For a larger fit, attach the included extension straps to the velcro and follow the same step.
3. Center back pad and start wearing for 15 minute increments, increase duration as needed.<br><strong> Warnings</strong></br>Caution:
