MULTI HEALTH FIBRE BENEFITS: For relief of IRREGULARITY: ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: 1 serving up to 3 times daily. CHILDREN (6-12 YEARS): 1/2 the adult serving up to 3 times daily.
