- DIRECTIONS: Wash affected area and dry thoroughly. Peel medicated plaster off backing and trim to fit wart if necessary. Apply medicated plaster directly over the plantar wart. Apply concealing pad over medicated plaster and wart. Remove plaster after 2 days. Repeat procedure every 48 hours as needed (until plantar wart is removed) for up to 12 weeks.
