- Peppermint-scented Epsom Salt foot soak can help soothe tired throbbing feet and can soften skin while gently cleansing. It gently exfoliates skin and smoothes rough areas. The essential oils and baking soda can help to prevent foot odour.
- Directions: Pour 125 g (1/2 cup) of foot soak per gallon (3.78 L) of warm water into a basin or small container. Soak for 15-20 minutes. For exfoliating: Apply undiluted product to wash cloth or cleansing pad as a scrub to rough skin patches. Rub gently on skin.
