Kertyol PSO cream, concentrate local use has been specifically formulated to act in a complementary manner directly on dry and thick plaques of the body (elbows, knees, shins, etc.) but also on the scalp.
Its formula was developed with a dermatologist and patients suffering from Psoriasis. Its innovative formula is effective and pleasant to use:

- Quickly improves the appearance of dry and thick plaques thanks to 2 active ingredients: glycolic acid and lactamide. Strengthens the skin barrier thanks to Védérine ™ which boosts physiological hydration of the skin. Soothes itching sensations * and reduces the appearance of redness thanks to Celastrol and Polidocanol. Limits the thickening of dry patches and their reappearance thanks to ichthyol.
- Body : Attack phase: Apply 1 to 2 times a day, massaging gently every day for 4 weeks. Maintenance phase: 2 times a week on the usual areas of dry and thick plates. Scalp : Attack phase: Apply, leave on overnight, then rinse with a mild shampoo. Use once a day, every day, for 4 weeks. Maintenance phase: 2 times a week according to the same ritual.
