Jamieson Melatonin Fast Dissolving Tablets are formulated to help restore optimal sleep patterns and correct disturbances associated with air travel ("jet lag"). The formula's fast dissolving technology lets your body quickly absorb the active ingredients for fast action and maximum effectiveness.
- Helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule e.g. shift-work and jet lag Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake-cycle Natural, safe and non-habit forming sleep aid Delicious fast-melt tablet in peppermint, chocolate mint flavours and an unflavoured version
- Adults: Take 1 tablet at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month. For jet lag: For occasional short-term use, take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen while travelling, and at destination, until adapted to the new daily pattern. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
- Each Tablet Contains: Melatonin 10 mg Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Mannitol, cellulose, calcium silicate, crospovidone, vegetable magnesium stearate, natural flavours (enhancer, peppermint), silica, sucralose, sodium sulfate, peppermint oil, menthol. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
