Select your preferred brushing mode - Deep Cleaning mode, Sensitive mode, or Whitening mode - manually on the device, if desired. • Tip: The default setting will be Deep Clean mode. For Sensitive mode, press the feather button. For Whitening mode, press the tooth button. You can adjust settings further via the FOREO app. • Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, just like with a manual toothbrush. • Rinse your mouth and rinse ISSA™ 4 with water. • Use the ISSA™ 4 tongue and cheek cleaner on the back of the brush head to finish your routine.
