This herbal, plant based cough syrup uses ivy leaf extract to loosen mucus in the airways. • BENYLIN HERBAL Cough Syrup Ivy Leaf is suitable for people over the age of 12 years. For fast-acting relief, take 4mL of the cough syrup 2-3 times daily or 6mL 1-2 times daily. This cough medicine is suitable to take during the day or before bed. • This herbal cough medication acts as a decongestant. Using the trusted science behind BENYLIN, this cough syrup has been clinically proven to act as a chest decongestant. - Shake well before use. Use the enclosed measuring spoon. After each use, rinse the dosing device with water and dry it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use 3 months after opening. Adult use only (12 years and older): Take 4 m L 2-3 times daily; or 6 m L 1-2 times a day (equivalent to 66-99mg daily dose Ivy Leaf dry extract).
- Medicinal ingredients: 8. 25 mg/mL Ivy Leaf dry extract (Hedera helix L. leaf). DER 4-8:1 (extraction solvent: 30% ethanol (m/m)). Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, potassium sorbate, purified water, sorbitol, xanthan gum.
