INSTRUCTIONS FOR COLD USE:
Place in a plastic bag and into freezer for at least 4 hours before use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOT USE:
TO BE HEATED BY ADULTS ONLY
Always use a microwave oven that is clean and free of food particles.
1 Fold the pack in two and place it in the center of the microwave’s turntable.
2 Heating time may need to be adjusted, due to differences in power of individual
microwaves. To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30-second
increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the
pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total
heating should not exceed 2 minutes (maximum of four (4) 30-seconds intervals).
Do not leave pack unattended while heating. Make sure temperature is comfortable to
the touch before applying to the skin.<br><strong> Warnings</strong></br>
Use only as directed. This product is not for children under 3 years of age; keep out of
their reach. Respect the specified heating time. The pack is made of natural fibers and
grains which can catch fire or inflict burns if overheated. Do not leave the product
unattended while heating. Allow the pack to cool for at least 1 hour before reheating. Do
not heat more than 3 times a day. For more than 3 daily uses, please alternate with a
second pack. Heat or cool from room temperature only. Do not directly heat when cold
or freeze when hot. Stained or overheated packs must be safely discarded. Always test
the temperature of the product before handling. Do not use the pack with therapeutic
Creams or ointments. Never leave a hot pack unattended on upholstered furniture, under
blankets or other flammable materials. Do not use this product if you have any degree
of insensitivity to pain or temperature. People with health problems should consult their
doctor before use. Stop using the pack if you have an allergic reaction. Never apply this
product to an infant, nor to someone who is asleep, unconscious, disabled or otherwise
