- Do not take more than directed (see liver warnings). Adults and children 12 years and over: Dissolve contents of one packet into 236 mL (1 cup) of hot water and stir briskly; sip while hot. Consume entire drink within 10-15 minutes. Take one packet (dose) every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: do not use.
