- - Nighttime Complete Extra Strength is specifically formulated for nighttime use. It effectively provides comprehensive relief of cold & flu symptoms such as dry cough, sore throat pain, nasal congestion, sneezing & runny nose, itchy & watery eyes, minor body aches & pain, fever & chills, and headache to let you rest. - For medicinal ingredients, each teaspoon or 5mL contains 500 mg acetaminophen for reducing fever and relieving aches and pain associated with colds and flu. It also contains 10 mg dextromethorphan hydrobromide to suppress your cough, 20 mg menthol to relieve nasal congestion, and 2 mg chlorpheniramine maleate to relieve sneezing & runny nose, itchy & watery eyes. - Formulated for adults and children 12 years and over, take 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 6 hours (maximum of 40 mL in 24 hours). Do not take more than directed and if preferred, it can be mixed with equal parts honey.
