- SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. ADULTS: 30 mL (2 tablespoons). CHILDREN: 10-14 YEARS: 15 mL (3 teaspoons); 5-9 YEARS: 7.5 mL (1 1/2 teaspoons); 2-4 YEARS: 5 mL (1 teaspoon). FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS: Use as directed by physician. Repeat every 1/2 to 1 hour as needed to a maximum 8 doses per day.
