- • Beano (R) works naturally to help prevent gas before it starts. • Beano (R) tablets contain an enzyme that converts complex carbohydrates so they are more digestible, helping prevent gas, bloating and discomfort caused by many healthful foods. • Beano works to help reduce gas production following a meal rich in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables and beans). • Helps stop gas, bloating and discomfort from: beans, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, carrots, leeks, beets, lettuce, peas, corn, onions, peppers, seeds, soy products, whole grains, cereals, and more! • Gluten-free; 30 tablets.
- Swallow, chew or crumble 2-3 tablets per meal with your first bite of food (1 tablet per 1/2 cup serving of gas-producing food). Take up to 20 tablets / day. Store between 15C -25C.
- Medicinal Ingredient: Alpha-galactosidase enzyme (5.2 mg / tablet, equivalent to 150 GALU / tablet), derived from Aspergillus niger. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Mannitol, Potato Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Gluconate.
