The removeable insole is also super cushiony and added with it's thick soft outsole every step you take will be easy on your joints! This runner is water repellent, treated with a protective coating to help fight against the elements. Heel height is 1.75" with a platform of 1.25" . We find these shoes to fit on the bigger side and lots of customers go down half a size.
