Within two and a half years, I would live through the molestation of my only grandchild by her paternal grandfather, the murder of my daughter and only child by the same man, the loss of my wife to cancer, and losing guardianship of my granddaughter to her father, who was arrested and plead guilty to charges related to his actions prior to and after my daughter’s murder. My story is about my search for faith, healing and hope in the face of a broken justice system which has completely failed me and my girls.
