Originally introduced in 1992, the Spyderco Catcherman was a folding fillet knife specifically designed to meet the needs of discriminating fishermen. One of our last models to feature an integral molded pocket clip, it also became a cult classic among serious Spyderco collectors. This limited-edition Sprint Run resurrects this unique design in a form that is distinctly different from all its predecessors. For the first time, its thin blade is full-flat ground and showcases ultra-corrosion-resistant LC200N steel. The partially serrated CombinationEdge™ blade is paired with a one-piece fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle injection molded in the signature bright green of our LC200N lightweight models. It faithfully includes the original Volcano Grip™ texture pattern on one side and an integral pocket clip on the other to provide right-side, tip-up carry.
