This book presents sport as a complex cultural, educational, social, political and territorial phenomenon. It interprets academic mobility and international cooperation as instruments of cultural diplomacy, mutual recognition and European integration. Its central thesis is that sport, when critically and pedagogically understood, can become a privileged language through which territories communicate, communities build relationships, and institutions generate shared European values.
