The Kussi Julienne Y Peeler creates perfect strips of fruits and vegetables for garnishes, salads, and veggie noodles. The wide, serrated Japanese stainless steel blades cut through even the toughest produce efficiently. You can even julienne a squash (no really, it's sharp enough to cut through squash skin!). Use the hollowed side fixture to remove potato eyes and blemishes, and use the solid fixture to score oranges. Suitable for left or right-handed use, the handle has a soft, rubbery feel that is easy to hold. Dishwasher safe, but handwashing recommended. Store in a drawer, or hang it up with the hole in the handle.
