After she overhears En declaring his love to someone else through the closed doors of the theater, Mako is devastated-and angry. She decides to take Kateh up on his offer, setting En up in exchange for enough money to get her life back on the straight and narrow-a choice she immediately regrets when she sees En's proposal video and realizes the declaration she overheard was always meant for her. After a desperate race through the streets on the back of an off-duty cop's motorcycle, she manages to warn En right before he walks into Kateh's ambush. But now she faces a much more daunting challenge than any suspicious cop or cold-blooded hitman: she has to tell En she betrayed him, and she has to give him an answer to his proposal.
