The day I discovered that many of my texts were shaped in my imagination while I was in my big kitchen, I came to terms with my time wasted there and was assiduous in enumerating dishes, foods and flavors which allows me now to say- based on my experience- that a short story is like a meal with a special flavor and a deep mark. Its ingredients are not enough to make it luscious and appealing, for cooking art is required to mix ingredients in certain amounts and in a specific time so that the food will be well-cooked and savory.
