BCLIQUOR Volcanic Hills - Gamay Noir 2020

This wine was aged for 5.5 months in a mixture of French and American oak. In the glass, expect to find abundant aromas and flavours of cranberry, sour plum, raspberry, bing cherry, anise, and hints of soft cedar and nutmeg, rounded out with a crisp finish. Serve at 14 - 16C.
