The cognac inside the limited-edition Tribute to City of Lights - 1900 decanter is made from a unique blend of the finest and most precious eaux-de-vie from grapes grown in the exceptional terroir of Cognac Grande Champagne. The specially selected eaux‑de‑vie are aged slowly in Limousin oak casks called tierçons before being expertly blended to create this signature cognac. The Louis XIII City of Lights - 1900 special edition is presented in a limited series of 2,000 numbered decanters. The decanter is based on the distinctive design, inspired by a 16th century flask uncovered from the site of the Battle of Jarnac, and later owned by Louis XIII founder, Paul-Émile Rémy Martin.
