BCLIQUOR Quails Gate - Clone 49 Riesling

Hand-harvested in October, this 100% Riesling was whole-cluster pressed, free-run separated and then fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral oak. Tanks were carefully arrested at the optimal sweetness level. Portions were blended with battonage on the barrel portion to build texture and concentration. Electricity is the hallmark of this vintage. Featured at the forefront are explosive aromatics of green apple and white-flower. The vibrant nature of this wine guarantees a racy acidity, an outstanding finish and a promise of another pour.
