- THE METHOD: POLISH Quartz and Sodium Bicarbonate Crystals: Natural minerals that are uniform in size and shape, create even exfoliation without abrading the skin. THE METHOD: NOURISH Apply a pea-size amount to face and décolleté, including the eye area, twice a day after cleansing. SOOTHE & HYDRATE SERUM After using The Method: Polish and Cleanse, apply Soothe & Hydrate Serum to face, neck and décolleté, then follow with The Method: Nourish. Use daily, in the morning and evening.
