What we look for:
2 - 3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail sales is desirable.
Proven ability to deliver results in a sales driven and/or highly measured
environment.
Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the
established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential
candidates.
Manage and coach all Brand Ambassadors to enable them to hit their target as
well as store target. career development and succession planning
Strong analytical skill to quickly summarize data to make objective decisions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
